Brand new boxed Weber carburettor 32 / 36 DGV kit for the ever popular Suzuki SJ413 4x4 Jeep 1324cc

Part number 1887099000. This kit replaces the original Asian carb. all of the original air filter and linkages are retained.

Genuine Weber carburettors always have 'Weber' and the 'W' logo CAST INTO the carburettor body

They also have 'LCN' and 'Made in Spain' cast into the body since 2003

No genuine Weber carburettors have ever been made in China, examples of inferior copies are once again turning up, the slightly cheaper price may seem attractive, however you will spend a lot more trying to get them to work.

Some examples of poor design and manufacturing include : surfaces poorly finished that do not seal properly, threads that strip easily, castings found to be porous and made of poor quality alloys. Bearings and spindles are not accurately aligned, progression holes are not accurately drilled. Jet seats not sealed and the jets themselves of varying incorrect diameters. I think I have said enough on this subject and I speak from experience from having contact with one or two enthusiasts who have unknowingly bought a poor copy then spent time and money trying to set it up and in the end throwing it away.
