This is an Old Vintage DIY Cast Iron Pot with Bale that has Ohio Sales Tax Stamps Attached inside and out. Also painted gold. I have no idea what's happening here, but it's been this way a long time. About 8" at the widest and 4.5" tall not including the bale. Solid. Some rust and spots on the stamps. Please see pics for condition. Bright spots are photo glare. Buyer pays $9.00 s/h.
