HOW TO COOK?


1) Add paste into the wok and fry until fragrant.

2) Add chicken and fry till browned and coated in paste.

3) Add coconut milk and stir until combined.

4) Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until chicken is tender and sauce is thick.

5) Add kerisik and mix well.

6) Serve with steamed rice or Ketupat
