Both the Red and Blue cars have been fully tested and confirmed to be fully functional.
The stickers on the cars are a bit beat up, but does not impact the performance of the cars.
The blue car did have a little bit of battery corrosion in the battery compartment, however, this has been cleaned up and does not impact the performance of the car.
The blue car also has a wheel that has the rubber part that is sometimes disconnected from the plastic. It does not impact the performance. The Red car has the same issue, but once again the performance is not impacted. The only issue I have noticed, is that if they are on one of the inclines when they stopped, and you try to start them again, sometimes, they don't want to get going, because the plastic inside wheel is slipping inside the rubber traction tire.
The controllers each take 1 - 9 Volt battery (2 total needed), and the cars each take 4 AA batteries (8 total needed)
The racetrack is only missing a few items. It is missing one of the bumpers to keep the cars from flying off the track, it only has 5 of the 6 bumper rails it should have. It is also missing the overhead part that would typically go across the top of the track to place the raceway flags.
Otherwise, this set is in great condition, and easily breaks down for storage, as the track breask down into only 4 peices as shown in the pictures.
In the video provided, these cars are both in their SLOW mode. This is just to give you an idea of how fast these cars are.
The track is about 48in long, and 22in wide.
Due to its large size, I have set this to a flat rate shipment.
