Item measures approximately 6" long by 4" wide.  Made by The Cunningham Manufacturing Corp. out of New York, NY.  The base is a translucent green slag glass type material.  Features a resting dog that is made out of some sort of metal material.  It is missing the chain that would affix to the knob on the base and attach to a pen.  This can easily be replaced if wanted.  The base also has a slot that a pen could rest in while not in use.  Neat collectible piece that would look great in any home or office!
