Neat HealthKit Tuner with digital display one tiny section of the display is out as shown in the photos. This is a great sounding tuner which has been serviced and is functioning great! There is no Dolby board in this unit it appears to have been optional. There are some slight signs of wear from age, but this tuner presents very well.
