This item is in used tested working condition. The controller/memory card port is used official OEM. Comes with ribbon cable and two screws. This fits the 30000-50000 series consoles that have 8 screws/caps on the bottom. This is the 3-hole version of the controller port.

This does not fit the 30000 series consoles that have 10 screws/caps on the bottom.
