This is a pair of shoe lasts that are brand new and never used.   They have a tendo hinge.  I do not know what shoe they are meant for.  

Their measurements are:

Toe to heel feather edge to feather edge = 26.7 cm.

The widest part of the foot across the ball = 8.5 cm.
