This Mullingar Pewter Wall Plaque was created for the Irish Defence Forces.  It has a Celtic design around the edge, and has been engraved Directorate of Intelligence February 2007.  There are a few imperfections - see final photo.  

It measures a fraction over 15cm in diameter, comes in its original box, and has a hook on the back to make it easy to display.
