W.M. Craig was a local Albanian immigrant who handcrafted beautiful plaques like the one above, approx 15 -20 years ago.  All wood, mounted on blue painted wooden oval with stand for shelf or mantel, last one, purchased from his granddaughter.  Oval measures 8 1/4" by 5". Base is 8 1/4" long by 2 5/8" wide.
