Mid Century 1950s 1960s black woven raffia made by JANA that features:

Chunky black woven raffia that covers the entire purse.

It has a single handle strap that is black raffia on the top of the handle and black vinyl underneath.

Making this more comfortable to carry.

There is gold tone metal hardware, frame and unique closure that works well and closes tightly.

Opens to a black faille lining with one interior side open pocket and one interior side metal zippered pocket.

Attached Made In Italy For JANA label.

There are protected feet on the bottom of the purse.

Beautiful vintage condition *the exterior is immaculate. The lining is immaculate. The metal hardware is bright and shiny. Normal stray frays to the raffia body.
