This beautiful blouse/tunic is new with tags. It has many beautiful touches! There are small pleats all around the neck and both sleeves. It has a tie above the v-neck. It also has fabric covered buttons and is lined. Very well made!

How do I measure? (All items are measured without stretching the item and are approximate measurements.)
Armpit to armpit – Straight across the front from end of armpit to end of armpit.
Shoulder to hem – From the top of shoulder to bottom of hem. Measured on front of item.
Sleeve Length - From the shoulder seam (not top of arm) to the end of sleeve.
