ONLY the One VERNOR'S ORIGINAL OLD 1960 ADVERTISING Thermometer with GNOME on the completely ORIGINAL face. Shown in the first eight photos ONLY.
This is the darker green color version. The outer aluminum ring is very clean, no oxidation as many which hung outside have oxidation spots.
Some slight paint defects on the green half of the face, from the dome previously breaking. These barely show when hung on wall Brand new replacement glass dome with no wear or scratches.
Vernor's officially dropped the apostrophe from their name and signs in and after 1959.
The extra photos show some of my other Vernor's items: a real 10" by 30" 1950's heavy steel kick plate door sign, the FAKE, FANTASY (made in last 18-20 years) small (18" by 6") tin signs with either SOLID WHITE or SOLID GOLD PAINTED BACK with the same front graphics, pictured with the FANTASY 1999-2000 porcelain "Ande Rooney", "Detroit Skyline" 7" by 21" sign. (Original was 18" by 48 or 54" painted tin/light steel, never originally in porcelain).
Also, just added my REAL Flange, painted steel sign. Sellers are getting new, fake, repros made in PORCELAIN of this flange, made in India, and selling for $139.99 to over $560.00 at times!
