Excellent condition. Special occasion blouse with double zip full zip front closure, exaggerated ruffle at neckline and sleeve cuff. Sleeve is a half sleeve with cascading ruffles to the wrist. Very stunning. Looks white until placed next to bright white it looks a shade past white.
