Taken from my working Kenmore Elite dishwasher. All functions work and display illuminates correctly.  This is an official Kenmore/Whirlpool part.  P/N W10500140-B Complete with all wire connections and front wash progress display P/N W10145166.  Number 4 is smudged, so not absolutely sure.
