This Historical Reenacting item is from a smoke-free home and smoke-free environment.  Very well taken care of and from a personal collection of historical re-enacting uniforms and costumes.

This is an absolutely outstanding reproduction of a middle to late 18th century Civilian Man's Single-Breasted Waistcoat / VEST with two real, working exterior pockets - small shiny brass matching Buttons down the front (see photos) and correctly patterned. This fits very well and tailored nicely for the middle 19th century.  A common single-breasted waistcoat for men of multiple stations of life. Very, very nice all around.  Back is a matching red cotton and interior is lined in off-white, natural-colored muslin/cotton - much like originals.  Includes back adjustment cording tie.

Can't be beat for the price.

Made of a beautiful red light velvet fabric.

Armpit-to-Armpit:  24 1/2"

A nice Vest for Civil War re-enacting, SASS, Cowboy living history, Neo-Victorian and Steampunk.
