In full working order - please note box lock catch is broken & no key present, ware to face of wheel as seen, but you can still read horse names without problem to see who has won. Wheel spins freely & well. Hinges have old nails in place of some screws as seen, but work fine. Green Baize on the bottom of box is a replacement.
