Store Policies;


Returns:

Due to too many buyers returning the wrong item back or using items then returning them when there done using them I will not be accepting returns unless *I made a mistake in my description or photo, the item is not described - must show valid proof. Any items returned will be charged a 20% RESTOCKING FEE, this is for my shipping costs, selling fees & time. All items/sales are sold as is. If you do not return the item you purchased you will be reported to local authorities for investigation. Thank you.


Shipping:

I do work a full time job, as well as run the store by myself. So items don't always get shipped asap, I may not respond to emails/messages until 24hrs most of the time I'll respond asap but my job consists of meetings, & other customers so please just be patient. I do ship orders out as soon as I can, I work an inconsistent work schedule. This is my normal full time jobs schedule.


Week one: Mon, Thur-Friday (4am-730pm)

Week two: Tues-Wed, Sat-Sun (4am-730pm)

Then it'll rotate back to week one due to working so long hours I never work more than 3 days in a row unless I have to cover shifts like vacation, etc. Please please understand, I can't always ship items on work days my shifts start before the post office opens, & I get off by the time it's closed however I do my best to utilize my lunch to drop orders off. Again, patience is everything to me.


Lost or Missing Packages: I personally have had 0 issues with the postal services losing packages in 2023 until January 2024 Ive encountered some issues, I'm not sure if they are short staffed or just not as organized as they were the prior year however there has been a few cases where a package was missing. If your package is not updating on its tracking, please contact me so I can contact the post office, you as well can contact the postal service if you choose to go that route to resolve it. Most of the time you can contact them on there website. Missing mail is not in my control, I drop packages off, they are not in my hands to transit from post office to post office.

USPS missing or lost mail policy is to first open a missing mail search request, they will directly contact me & if not resolved, they direct me to move onto a actual missing mail case or insurance claim (if the package is insured, not every order will be insured)


Feedbacks: I would greatly appreciate if you contacted me personally prior to leaving a feedback, if you have any issues with your order it is best to contact me immediately but give me at minimum a 24hr period to respond back due to my normal work hours I can't always be available right away. I know that can be frustrating but I always have made orders right. Unfortunately, not everyone is patient enough to let me respond prior to leaving the feedback. If this is the case I would prefer you not to purchase  the item from me as my goal is to maintain that 100% feedback. I've have had some bad feedbacks from buyers not understanding my work flow, & stores operations but that is why you will see this new policy in everyone of my listings so you can understand prior to purchasing from my store.
