Original cardboard sleeve is included, which has some wear but overallgood condition. Also, leather hinged case. Inside of case has some wear from sliding pen and pencil in and out (see pic). Ink color on pen is blue, and writes, but not well. Lead for pencil does come out when turned, however I don't know how much lead is left inside. Seems to be in great shape all around for its age.
