You are viewing a size 42R (Reg) mens Brooks Brothers 1818 Regent model sport coat. This coat contains 3 inner pockets along with a standard outside breast pocket and 2 flap pockets in front. The 2 back vents are attached by a strip of silk on the inside of the back to keep them in place (see photos). The fabric is a wool/silk/linen blend (%s are shown on one of the attached photos). The houndstooth pattern contains dark / light gray threads and looks equally great with jeans or with dress slacks.
