A WW2 barrel-type Home Guard air raid whistle marked C.W.S 1941 & broad arrow.

The C.W.S stands for Cooperative Wholesale Society. The English CWS set up their own Air Raid precautions during WW2 and issued whistles to their wardens. 

Condition:  Good condition - see photo. Untested but should work fine.
