a.     Accepted methods of payment are Credit/Debit card through eBay managed payments, PayPal, Cheque, or Cash on Collection (if applicable).

b.     When paying by Cheque, item(s) will not be dispatched until your payment has cleared.

3.      Postage:

a.     I currently use Royal Mail for small and medium parcels, and ParcelForce for large parcels.

b.     I always aim to dispatch your item within 1 working day after your payment has cleared.

i.              However, when sending large items by courier (ParcelForce) and depending upon the time of purchase (i.e. late in day/evening), when booking the courier to collect the item, next day collection might not be possible due to it being late in the day/evening – therefore 2 working days could pass until the item is collected by the courier.

c.     Items will always be well packaged.

d.     Any quoted postage price is the actual amount it costs to send the parcel using that delivery service.

e.     All items will be sent by a tracked service.

f.      I will provide the courier with your eBay email address and contact number where ever possible, so that you can be kept up to date with the delivery. I will also add the tracking number to the order in eBay.

g.     Items posted will have the relevant level of insurance/compensation applied. If an item does get lost in the post I will process a claim on your behalf, but this can be a lengthy process taking up to 28 days, after the initial 15 days Royal Mail advise to allow for the posted item to get through their system.

a.      I do not run a business and therefore do not have a return policy for unwanted items. Therefore, please only bid on an item if you wish to purchase it.

b.      All items I sell are fit for purpose unless otherwise stated as having an imperfection detailed in the auction listing.

c.      If you believe I have advertised an item incorrectly and you are not entirely satisfied then please contact me and we can discuss your concerns and proceed from there.
