This is an Auction: It is not a Buy It Now (BIN) listing.
Want it now? That’s a BIN. Then add + 30% to the auction price. Shipping remains the same. A BIN will require a re-listing and may expose the item to other bidders. If this isn’t possible, eg: I can’t get to Post Office in time, I will let you know. Handling period applies as usual.
Shipping price is $11 (small Parcel Post satchel). No letter rates.
I do not make money on shipping. You pay what I pay. If the invoice is more than I spent, I will give you a refund of the excess at around the time of the tracking update.
Shipping address: I only ship to your address shown on ebay. No exceptions.
Combined shipping: Please advise which specific items you want combined by the time the earliest item ends. Combined items must end within 7 calendar days of each other.
Combined shipping payment: If you want combined shipping, do not pay for the items individually. Wait for the combined invoice. If you pay invoices individually, I will always refund the excess shipping around the time I do the tracking update.
Handling period: Every ebay listing discloses a
handling period. The end of the handling period is also the seller's DUE OUT
time. Handling period is time ebay allows the seller, from the time the buyer
pays to the time the item is posted. Mine is 2 BD.
Has it been sent yet?
"Yes" if its after the due out time & you see a tracking number.
"No" if the system shows no tracking.
Tracking: All Parcel Post satchels
are tracked with Aust Post. Sellers are given til midnight on the final BD of the handling
period to post & insert tracking. To review the progress of the item
click on the tracking number in your Orders section. Aust Post also provides an
estimated delivery time.
If Aust Post has taken your parcel off
course? Of course, you can ask about tracking at any time the tracking
shows strange detours.
Express Post: Please request this before the auction ends. Subject to being able to provide this to you, eg: being able to get to Post Office in time, I will issue the updated invoice so you can pay it. Handling period applies as usual. I cannot change an invoice or shipping once it has been paid.
Discounts: Everyday low prices & low margins mean no discounts. This includes volume discounts & best price requests. Use “Best Offer” where available. No exceptions.
Pick ups: No try ons, no pick ups, no meet ups, no coffee.
Non payers: Failure to pay is a violation of the Abusive Buyer Policy. Non payment is reported, no exceptions & the buyer is blocked. Non payment is recorded on the buyer's account. Buyers with excessive unpaid cancellations may have limits imposed by eBay or lose their buying privileges.
Retraction for wrong amount: Bid retraction due to “Entered wrong amount” requires entry of the correct amount. It is not a get out of ebay gaol free card. I report & block everyone who misuses this retraction on a weekly basis. No exceptions.
Abuse of the returns process: Abusers of the returns process, will be reported & blocked. Change of mind masquerading as “not as described” = abuse of the returns process. Don’t. Go. There.
Exchange, credits or holds? Not available.
Faulty item? Occasionally it happens. No discounts but please arrange a return & refund through the ebay claim system.
Communication: I don’t carry a cell phone around with me & I check into ebay probably once a day, late in the day. Happy Bidding!
