1. This is part of a set, sold separately. The other items are the hooded scarf and the mittens. Refer final photo.

2. Uniqlo calls this "red" but I am seeing orange. If you are fussy on colour, look on the net & this will give you a feel the colour by looking at other photos of the item.

3. I forgot to photograph the underside of the tags which show the fabrication of the popcorn knit. You can confirm this by looking at other photos online. All the colourways are the same fabrication.

Firstly, I do not refund or exchange for change of mind. I do not cancel bids, offers or wins.  Bid carefully as I am not responsible for your change of mind or bidding errors, for whatever reason.

This is an auction: It is not a Buy It Now (BIN) listing.

Want it now? That’s a BIN. Then add + 30% to the auction price. Shipping price remains the same. A BIN requires a re-listing and may attract new bidders. If this isn’t possible, eg: I can’t get to Post Office in time, I will let you know. Handling period applies as usual.  

Shipping is $11 – small Parcel Post satchel. I do not make money on shipping. You pay what I pay. If the invoice is more than I spent, I will give you a refund of the excess at around the time of the tracking update. No letter rates.

Shipping address: I only ship to your address as shown on ebay.

Combined shipping invoice: Please advise which specific items you want combined by the time the earliest item ends. Combined items must end within 7 calendar days of each other.

Combined shipping payment: For combined shipping, do not pay for the items individually. Wait for the combined invoice.  If you pay invoices individually, I will always refund the excess shipping around the time I do the tracking update.

Handling period: Factor in the handling period. This starts when payment is made and ends at midnight on the day the item should be posted (the due out day). Mine is up to 2.5 BD.

Tracking: Tracking will be updated on the system by midnight on the final BD of the handling period. Accordingly I don’t email tracking numbers. The system will then display your tracking number. To review the progress of the item click on the tracking number in your Orders section. Aust Post also provides an estimated delivery time.

Has it been sent yet? "Yes" if it’s after the due out time & you see a tracking number. "No" if the system shows no tracking. If there is no tracking & it’s before the due out time, there is no issue & no need to ask any question. If there is no tracking & it’s after the due out time, please get in touch. 

If Aust Post has taken your parcel off course? Please get in touch. I’ve never lost a parcel although some have taken the scenic route.

Express Post: Please request this before the auction ends. Subject to being able to provide this to you, eg: me being able to get to Post Office in time, I will issue the updated invoice. Handling period applies as usual. I cannot change an invoice or shipping once it has been paid.  

Discounts: Everyday low prices & low margins mean no discounts, no volume discounts & no best price requests. Pricing is firm. There will be no offers sent or accepted on this item. Use “Best Offer” where available.

Pick ups: No try ons, no pick ups, no meet ups, no coffee.

Non payers: Failure to pay is a violation of the Abusive Buyer Policy. Non payment is reported, no exceptions & the buyer is blocked. Non payment is recorded on the buyer's account. Buyers with excessive unpaid cancellations may have limits imposed by eBay and/or lose their buying privileges.

Retraction for wrong amount: Bid retraction due to “Entered wrong amount” requires entry of the correct amount. I report & block everyone who misuses this retraction. No exceptions.  

Abuse of the returns process: Abusers of the returns process, will be reported & blocked. Change of mind is different to “not as described”.

Exchange, credits or holds? Not available.

Faulty item? Occasionally it happens but my track record is good. No discounts but please arrange a return & I will refund through the ebay claim system.

Communication: I don’t carry a cell phone around with me & I check into ebay probably once a day, late in the day. Happy Bidding!
