This is a vintage 1975 INDIANA SEMI TRAILER Stamped Metal License Plate #232821. This features blue lettering & numbering on a white background. This is in very good shape and appears to have never been used. When acquired, this was still in its thin plastic bag that had dried onto the plate in places. I cleaned off most of the plastic but there might be a stubborn spot of plastic in a few places on the plate. It has also oxidized on the back a bit.
