Elgin golf ball wristwtach.  It works, BUT, I can't set it, both dial discs  seem to move at the same time.  Nice,crisp Elgin lettering on the top of the case.  30mm in diameter x 37mm fro lug to lug.  I can't get the back case open (eyes).
