Quick start to Bluetooth pairing.
1.Press the BT1/BT2/BT3 to channel 1/2/3 and hold for 5s to pairing mode.
2.Press the “connect" button at the bottom of the mouse to channel 1/2/3 and hold for 5s to pairing mode.
3.On your Bluetooth device, find iClever product to connect.
Understand Windows and Mac dual layouts.
The differences between them are in the bottom row modifier keys.
Windows computers have ctrl, win and alt, whereas Mac has control, option and command. iClever is equipped with OS-Adaptive technology and will recognize your layout automatically.
Can not hold the charge.
Try a different port to charge.
The output is 5V/200mA, please do not charge the keyboard with a voltage that is higher than 5V, and the product will stop charging.
Delay/laggy when typing.
Restart your device.
Make sure that your iClever device and computer are within close proximity of each other.
Try moving away at least 8 inches (20 cm) from metal and other sources of wireless signal .
Charge your iClever keyboard and mouse.
Fail to connect.
Step 1: On your device, delete/remove/forget the previous Bluetooth connection records with iClever Bluetooth Keyboard.
Step 2: On your device, turn off the Bluetooth function, then turn it on again.
Step 3: Connect it again.
