This set is a collectors must as it's what started it all for Elvis' CD collection. These CD's were Mastered from the original Master Tapes before the loudness wars and the additional filtering and reverbs and such were added to the CD's that came later. This is the raw sound that is the closest to what the original tapes of these songs sound like which makes it unique in its own right and what you will never again find today. 

The gold cover to this box set listed here is excellent with only minimal shelf wear on just the corners the overall gold label is excellent and the best copy I have ever owned without being still sealed. The CD's, Signed Certificate, and Jewel Cases are as close to mint as a sealed copy as only the first disc was ever played.

This is a piece of Rock & Roll history that don't come along very often in this condition unless you want a sealed copy.
