This dress has a pitch black background and a floral print with contrasting vibrant colors. It definitely looks like the ultimate 1980s working girl dress with a touch of Princess Diana Style ! It is described as a blouson dress for lack of a better description, but it is the closest style for that type of 1980s style dress. The buttons are all covered in fabric. The collar can be worn two ways: Regular or Mock Neck. The shoulders are draped and padded. The built in fabric belt  is located below the waist and can usually be fastened around the back of the buttock area. The bottom area of the dress is flared. It is definitely an oversized style, but should still fit a size 10 even though it is marked size 12 most vintage clothes size smaller. It is an oversized style, so it still should fit a contemporary size 12. Please compare measurements below to your own garments for the perfect fit !
The dress is made in the USA from fabric imported from Germany.
