A rare/limited C-3PO concept car from TOMICA's Star Wars range of products "STAR CARS".

TOMICA is a line of small die-cast toy vehicles by TAKARA TOMY Co. in Japan.  The size of the main-stream TOMICA models including "STAR CARS" line of products is standardized by the size of the packaging box, whose dimensions are approximately 78mm (3.07 in., box length or maximum car length) x 39mm (1.53 in., box width or max car width) x 27mm or 39mm (1.06 in. or 1.53 in., box height or max car height), and the size of each model is determined accordingly. On average, the scale size is around 1:60 (smaller than 1:55 Mattel Hot Wheels models).
