Condition:  Fair. For restoration or wear as is. This is an amazingly vibrant dress with "Lilly" spelled out in multiple areas. Not so hidden on this one. I am not sure but it looks like it may have been altered, or a seam taken out in a couple of places. You can see the faint lines down both sides where something may have been, or it may have been sewn together. I am not sure exactly. 

Here are the other condition issues I noted: 1. There are multiple light stains in various lace spots, on the front collar, and some down the sides. Faint and possibly cleanable. 2. There is a very slight fade on the edge of the right front armhole. 3. There is a slight paint chip on the back of the zipper. 4. The slits on either side are slightly uneven as it has come a bit undone on one side. 5. There are some pinpoint dots on the front towards the middle lower. 6. The biggest issue is that there is some stains on the bottom back close to the hem.

Waist: 16.75" (at set-in seam or at the smallest part of the waist if there is no waist seam, not doubled)

Length: 38.5" (From Top to bottom hemline)

Bottom Hem: 47.5" (Actual bottom hem measured flat and then that measurement doubled)

Tag Size: No Size Tag (The actual measurements are listed above)
