The top has a ruffled neckline, sheer sleeves, and elastic cuffs with a tie at the waist.  The skirt is pleated and has elastic shirring at the waist which is shot and needs to be replaced.  Otherwise the outfit is in good shape and really cute!  Purple with green, red, blue and white.  One size fits many, please see measurements for fit.  Hand wash, polyester, made in Hong Kong in the 1980s.
