If you prefer other delivery services it is ok, but bear in mind I cannot take any responsability for them and you might need to pay the additional difference in price; For "Evri" (former "Hermes") delivery or other services you need to be the sender, so you can manage any trouble yourself, since "Evri" deal with them only, and you need to contact them and ask them for refunds yourself. I do not recommend "Evri" after my bad experiences as buyer with them, but choice is yours.
I have many other items for sale and I do combine postage (it is cheaper) so please have a look through and if you would like more than one item add them to your basket, check out, don't pay and please 'request total'. I will recalculate postage for you and send an invoice for payment.

Though I hope you ask me about it, if needed, we can discuss about the refund, and I could accept it, but only if:
- You ship me back the item first at your cost, once I received it and check it is in original conditions I can issue your refund.
- I won't accept refund for any open items if sold unopened/mint/sealed or with original seals and tags, and if there are sign of use for all items I sell as new/mint since they weren't there when I shipped the items).
- I don't accept refund for electronic items, since I can't check them back properly, for the sake of the new buyers, and everything I am selling is in working order unless I don't write so.
- I don't accept refunds on mugs, cups, teapots, and items if they have any manufacturer flaws, such as paint, crackes, scratches, stamp flaw, bubbles, etc. (like I say, I am very happy to provide other pictures, recent ones, and to discuss about it before you pay me).
- If you should send me back an item and I found out it has been damaged or altered, I can't process the refund back or ship it at my cost to you.
So please, discuss with me prior to pay me about everything.
