I am a private
seller not a shop. Selling good, quality, new and gently used items that are no
longer needed. Refunds are not offered, except if I have made an error with the
listing (nobody is perfect).
I try as much
to be accurate and honest with my listings. If I see anything that I consider
to be a fault or defect, I will add it to my description. Label size or my
approximate measurements to be used as guideline. I recommend comparing them
with your own garment to ensure a good fit, as sizes and fit vary from brand to
brand. In addition, also consider that colours vary between screens with
different/personal settings.
Please keep in
mind not every sign of use can be described, therefore be realistic with your
expectations when place bid on used/worn/vintage items. I always picture the
actual item(s).
All items are
from a smoke and pet free, clean home. I keep most of the items in suitcases or
vacuum bags to avoid odours, moths, breakage, etc.
I dispatch
items within 5 working days but aim to post after 1-2 days of receiving
payment. Once you receive your item and are satisfied, I would appreciate your
feedback and will do the same for you to close the transaction between us.
