This vintage dress has me perplexed. Everything about leans towards it being vintage except for the condition. It is near mint! There is a small flaw at the neck right by the lace. It looks like a sewing mistake.
Okay - This was homemade. There are no serger stitches. The zipper is an old metal one and the buttons are, for the most part, missing the silver centers. All this points to this being original vintage.

The fabric is a soft cotton.
