It is a medium weight, it is a bit thicker and heavier than standard quilt cotton.  

The fabric has been gently washed and line dried.  It was cut irregularly on one end.  The measurements don't include the irregular portion.

It weighs 8oz.

It is 43" long and 42" wide.
