This is a vintage Seiko desk clock with a black plastic frame and brass, plastic, and metal components. It features a quartz movement and a double articulated magnetic pendulum with moving parts. The clock is battery-operated and has a smokey black finish. The model number is GUF 107G.

This retro clock stands 10 in tall and has a 4.5 in diameter. There was a small bit of corrosion in the battery compartment, and I pictured it.
