Tigatron was released during the 2016 Botcon convention as an attendee exclusive, meaning it's a fairly rare figure to find around. 

A repaint of the Battle Ravage from the Predacus combiner set, comes with his weapon and combiner foot/hand to help with the combined form of any CW combiner. 

 Display piece only. No yellowing that I can see, and with tight joints :)
