      A Lovely Vintage Refurbished 4 Star Grotto 1/8 Bent Rustic Dublin, I can find no history of the brand or the Country of origin. The briar is deep brown stained, heavily carved and sandblasted to a deep rustic finish, the smoother bowl rim crisp and unmarked. The stem is a decorative saddle Fishtail with an old under stem mouthpiece repair and a Star Logo, unfortunately like numerous other Star Logos, so no help in identifying the Country of Origin.

      The bowl was lightly reamed and cleansed, the stem was fully sanitised to make the pipe ready to smoke as soon as you receive it, before the whole pipe was lightly polished to give the Lovely Finish you can see in the photos. The pipe draws and will smoke perfectly, it sits snugly in the hand, so well balanced and very tactile.
