Free shipping is included and will be by economy courier, this will usually either be Royal Mail or Evri.  Orders over £20 will always be sent with a tracked service that provides proof of delivery

We also offer faster shipping using a 24h delivery service for an additional cost if you need it more quickly. For this item the 24 hour courier option this will always be a tracked service.

Items will be shipped next working day after purchase, we send out Monday to Friday and therefore during bank holidays and weekends there will be extra days to add on so may be a slight delay.

We try to use recycled packaging materials wherever possible.  We will use new bubble wrap when we deem necessary to protect the item, but if it can be protected with reused materials and we have used packing materials available we will always prefer to use those.  around 90% of the shipping boxes we use have already been used before, but we always make sure they are sufiicent to protect the items in transit. We would also ask our customer wherever possible to either reuse or recycle the packaging materials to help us all to protect our environment.

We are happy to accept returns but given the nature of this item, we will only accept a return if the item is still sealed in its original packaging.  These dolls come with a sealed bottle wrapped in plastic, do not break this seal if you intend to return.  Once the seal is broken then this is classed as a used item and can no longer be returned.
