This Beautiful set was listed at $1,199.95 by KLine in 2002. "This "Hiawatha" Passenger Train features include: A-B-A F-7 Diesels with Lionel RailSounds, TrainMaster Command Control and Electrocouplers and six 15 inch Aluminum Passenger Cars.

The engines feature the PowerLink system, whereby all motors are controlled by the electronics in the lead unit. (2) powered A Units, a non-powered B Unit, Super Dome, Observation, Baggage, Combo, and (2) coach cars dual vertical motors with brass flywheels, Lionel RailSounds Digital Sound, TrainMaster Command Control, 8 wheel drive, 3 position E-reversing unit linking all units (PowerLink) die-cast trucks and wheels, Quadra-Grip wheels, die-cast pilot and couplers, operating front coupler and lighted cab interior ("A" Unit), operating headlights ("A" Units), metal chassis, die-cast fuel tank, portholes with lenses, metal grab rails, separate side vents, stainless steel side grills, stainless steel roof vents, freely rotating roof fans, die-cast horns, brass air filter and relief valve, and illuminated number boards.
