Therefore, you are required to get theECU RESET or RECODED / REPROGRAMMED. In instances whereby youroriginal unit is beyond repair or not present and you require a second handunit please contact us before making your purchase. Any ECU supplied is soldstrictly on the basis that it is in a second hand condition which will need tobe reset and/or reprogrammed to your vehicle. Please ensure that you researchcosts of reprogramming before sale as we cannot reimburse you for not expectingcosts to be incurred.

Please make sureall parts are inspected before signing to ensure the item has not been damagedin transit. If the courier refuses simply write "DAMAGED" and do NOTsign. Once an item has been signed for we cannot process any claim with thecourier company. If on inspection the item is damaged do not sign for it andcontact us immediately.

Our panels and painted parts etc are USED parts and will show signs ofuse, although we do try our best to show any marks or defects which exist usingimages. Please assume parts will need painting before use

RETURNS POLICY

We will acceptgoods for a refund if notified by email within seven days of receipt ofdelivery.

The goods mustbe unused and in original packaging. Any damaged or incomplete goods will notbe credited.

All goods areto be returned at the buyers cost and it is recommended that you use a servicewhich obtains a signature upon delivery.

We will notaccept any responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Goods beingreturned as faulty where no fault is found will incur a handling and restockingcharge of 20% of the invoice total. (P&P is non refundable)
