RETURNS: 

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are typically issued within 2 business days of receipt back at our facility. Please submit a return request through the sales channel the item was purchased through, print out the RMA, and follow the process to ensure a timely refund on your return. Buyer will receive an email notification from the sales channel once the refund has posted to buyers account.

Furthermore, under no circumstances will Seller be responsible for damages to, or the replacement of cell phones, mp3 players, or any other underlying product used in conjunction with the product purchased from Seller.
