MOUNTED PRINT IS WHEN the original art work, photograph, print or picture has been given a rigid backing. This backing protects the image from warping and damaged corners. You can frame, or display the mounted image and store it with confidence in the knowledge that the print will stay as new as the date it was issued.

Laurence Stephen Lowry RBA RA was an English artist born in 1887 His drawings and paintings mainly depict Pendlebury, Greater Manchester (where he lived and worked for more than 40 years) as well as Salford and its vicinity. Lowry is famous for painting scenes of life in the industrial districts of North West England.
