Centre rotating ring has a hole in it

Bottom ring has J F M A M J upside down stands for the first 6 months of the year


Inside the ring are the hours 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 with 12 overlapping the 2 rings

Below on the inside of the ring 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11

The holder is across the two outer rings and holds a cord that you hold the ring from and can wear around your neck.


The Ring sundial could be used to tell the time by shining the sun through the hole which would create a beam onto the numbers and would give you an estimated time of day.
