If you have not reset them before

In order to pair this to your existing air pod pro and charge case

You need open lid of the charge case

And put left and right AirPods in the charger for 2 minutes and close lid after the 2 minutes open lid and press rear button for 15 seconds or when white light blinking starts blinking amber 3-4 times and back to white

it’s been reset and both AirPods are in sync now

Close lid and open back up you will see new air

Pod screen show up on your iPhone screen

Make sure the charger has at least 30% charge
