This is an old fashioned pillow or cushion cover, 100% cotton. The pillow is placed inside the case. The size where the pillow will fit is 23 X 27 inches. There is a 2 inch ruffled border all the way around. The closure is with 4 buttons. There is an embroidery (candlewick?) in the center of the pillow. There is some detail at the edges with overlaps in the material. Fine stitching and workmanship. I would advise hand washing for this item.
