About My Store


1. I have two eBay stores: mojasajo and mojasajo2.


    My items are stored in two places so I decided to separate listings by the item location.


    Combined shipping is available for items in different stores with $3 extra charge.


    You will be charged only once no matter how many items are in your shipment.

2. All my items are sourced directly from TV stations and management companies.


    Artists hand-sign on promotional CDs as a bulk and distribute them to staffs in TV/radio stations, etc for


    promotional purpose when they release a new song. I know some of those staffs and also people working


    at management companies from whom I obtain all the signed promo albums.


3. I only sell what I judge as genuine autographs after my close observation.


    Sometimes, artists make their managers sign on promo CDs. When it comes to this, it's no longer a matter


    of how reliable my sources are. It happens randomly and unofficially, therefore, the only way to avoid the


    manager-signed albums is through research and observation. I try my best in comparing the autographs


    with the ones officially revealed in public events, and list them on my store only if I'm self-assured with the


    authenticity. However, this process can never be perfect. I strongly suggest you to do some research on your


    end and make your own decision before purchase. I won't respond if you ask whether my items are authentic.

4. Please feel free to send me a message for any questions or concerns.


    I'll respond to you within 24 hours including weekends and holidays. Please do NOT ask me for an opinion


    about the authenticity of other sellers' items. I will never reply to those messages.




Shipping


Your order will be shipped once payment is completed and processed.


1. Basic shipping method is EMS/EMS Premium and full tracking is provided for both.


    (EMS Premium is an alternative shipping method used for countries where EMS is not available.)


    Shipping cost is calculated by package weight. Price table can be found below.

 

2. I offer combined shipping for multiple purchases. You can either request total in advance to completing


    payment, or I can reimburse any overpaid shipping if the payment has already gone through.


3. You are responsible for providing me your contact info if the shipping carrier in your country requires it.


4. Delivery time is approximately 1-2 weeks (3-4 weeks for South America), but it can take longer depending


    on flight schedules, weather condition, processing time of your country's customs clearance, etc.

5. Your order will be safely packed in a hard cardboard box.

Insurance :: Provided for free up to $50

                    You can buy an insurance for $2.50 for items of value between $50 and $82.

                    If the item value exceeds $82, pay extra $0.50 for each additional $82 value.   

                

           e.g.)  If the item is $246, you can buy the insurance for $2.50 (for the first $82) + $0.50 (for additional $82)

                    + $0.50 (for other additional $82) = $3.50


* Zone 4, Zone 5, Zone 6 use EMS Premium, and the rest use EMS. 

* Package weight is limited to 30kg

Payment & Return

1. Cancelling an order is only possible before the item has been shipped.

  
2. Returns MUST be requested within 5 days after you receive the item.

  - For "change of mind" returns, buyer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

    Refund, excluding the original shipping cost, will be processed upon receipt of the item.

    If the item is not returned to us in its original condition, we reserve the right to not accept the

    return and you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to you.

    This also includes not packing the item up sufficiently to avoid damage in transit back to us.
