This unit is in pretty good shape for its age. 

The car was a factory ZF 5 speed car. 

The front bushing looks to be in good shape and could be replaced if you wished. 

This unit still has all the OEM pieces.

None of the selector arms have been repaired or are bent. 

This unit will fit any E39 (525i, 528i and 530i) from 1997-2003.
