Vinyl has a few minor scuffs but is excellent. No surface noise. Sounds great. Album cover is intact and very good+. Has a four inch long and half inch wide white tape on the back telling when titles are to be played. Gold Stamped Demonstration Not For Sale on the back. Inside cardboard picture sleeve is excellent as is the four-color memory album sized booklet.

Issued in textured light blue jacket with die-cut front cover with statement: "Enclosed: Illustrated memory log with 4-color picture suitable for framing." LP housed in printed cardstock inner sleeve.


Labels with gold print, rim text in white print. Copyright statement in all caps.

Includes 16-page booklet titled "A Legendary Performer - The Early Years Continued..."

"H" stamped in runouts denotes RCA Records Pressing Plant, Hollywood. Remainder of runouts are etched.
